The SEC doesn't vet 8K'S, or the scams that I have followed would have been revoked long before they actually were revoked.
You can file all kinds of crap in 8k's, and the SEC could give a shit.
If this crap files a 10k, I will leave your board.

see these words at the top of every 8k. That sounds like an official document that is filed with the United States Government in Washington DC. It doesnt get any more official than that. If the highest level of reporting is not enough for you nothing ever will be imho.
