8k's don't mean crap as I have seen companies file them for years after they stopped filing financials. Every one was a lie when not backed up with a current financial report.

So just to recap when they give info via Twitter you think that is worthless they should tell us in a filing. When they tell us in an 8k filing you think thats worthless it should be a 10k. When they file the 10k will you tell us that is useless also it should have been a sworn statement given in a court of law before 7 witnesses?
