It's worse than incompetence. Being bad at your job is pretty common, maybe even the default setting. But the situation such as with ZIVO can only arise through active violation of fiduciary responsibility. Not only do the players involved not give a sh**, not only are they far past the point of merely doing nothing, they are clearly advancing their own interest in total disregard of everyone else. I'd like to see an SEC investigation.
