And why would Microsoft care what kind of financial shape COWI is in, MS is paying COWI, not the other way around and probably got COWI's employees at a discount

They don't when it involves sourcing people. If COWI disappeared, no sweat. Microsoft can just shift the people that were employed by COWI to a different vendor without missing a beat.

Based on the recent COWI 10-Q, it does look like Coroware is giving Microsoft a discount in order to pump up their revenue which allows them to sell more stock. Sure, revenue doubled quarter over quarter, but the percentage of Gross Profit didn't go up, and operating costs did not decline. There was absolutely no economy of scale, which says COWI was getting business which made no economic sense to take. They were taking on money at a loss just to show more revenue.

Another sure sign that COWI is not a legitimate company and is now really nothing more than an insider enrichment scheme.
