COWI is insolvent. They can't pay their bills.

And they have been sued multiple times by the State of Washington for unpaid taxes, with the most recent lawsuit in April.

And don't forget their former landlord not only sued COWI to be able to forcibly evict them for unpaid rent, they also successfully sued for garnishment of the unpaid rent.

geez, all you have to do is read the filings to know what is true and what is not. or, are you saying the filings are false?
