people are supposed to believe that Keevil no longer has unilateral control over the company as he has for the past decade!!

But according to this board he has never had control.

Supposedly it took 2 of the BoD to make any decision.
So Ben and Scott OKd Dan then Dan and Scott OKd Otto.

The bottom line....

Scott approves of Otto.

Anything Scott is OK with is not OK.

Scott would not OK a vote to bring in someone who wants him replaced.
Dan has never wanted Scott replaced he has many many posts here telling everyone how Scott is doing things right.

And also applies to you JP and Evil.
NOBODY knows whats going on.

That is all that needs to be said to prove me right.
A legitimate company has informed shareholders.
They KNOW who controls the company because that information is PUBLIC.

So lets put it this way...

Dan told me Scott is in control.

Now you will tell me I am wrong. You will tell me that Dan told you he wasn't.
So who is really telling the truth?

NOBODY knows.
Because calling Dan is not how information is verified.
Dan can flat out lie to you me and anyone else and there are no repercussions AT ALL because that is not how you get info from a public company.

The point is that with Keevil no longer having unilateral control the company at least has a chance

So don't argue all the points in this post. Simply prove this last statement.

SHOW ME that Scott has no control.
