sonic: The April 27 date was the date that Huawei filed their appeal with the French Supreme Court. The next time limit is four months to file a detailed brief. For a more detailed explanation see my previous post:

I believe that Huawei might not wait the full four months to file their brief. They filed the appeal very quickly instead of waiting until the end of the two month limit for filing an appeal. Since they are paying IDCC there is no advantage in delaying the process.
