Well, we can start with the patent...the ONLY thing that this company has to make any money with.

The patent is a simple blade structure design upgrade to a design from like 1920, yet they make it sound soooooo amazing.

The patent was valued using the sale price, yet there seems to be this underlying deception to make it appear to be more than it actually is.

The patent valuation portion of the S-1 spends more effort building up the appraiser than it does discussing the actual patent.

Let's start with that.
