Every case the SEC files they probably go thru over 1o million plus Motion for Judgement Summary ( or what ever the term is ) and defendants thumb their noses at them. Similar to Gov't officials do to Fed Judges.
Hence the court trial. Depending on how many times it is extended depends on how tall Mt Bullshit of evidence is.
The SEC is on a losing streak. Who cares about Motion for Judgement Summary when the SEC evidence can't be proven as fact in a court room.
