Kind of odd that HallinEC complaint does not pass the stink test so the superiors want more documents. And another good one is the sec wants treaty to pay 100 grand for some papers so the HallinEC can prosecute them.
This is a civil complaint mind everybody , it's like paying a fee to go to jail.
The original HallinEC complaint was supposed to do the job.
I guess not
