Dan boy holds are the cards. Some want proof. See current lawsuits of Vis Vires, and KBM versus MHYS and Dan Grodnik.

Kramers know what we don't. Some want proof. See court entry from Kramer representation stating that offers and counter offers have been made.

So yes, Cramers have access to information that we don't.

Oh and let's not forget the current no bid with the big bold red print and caps locks.

Well it only makes sense when the company has not released a filing in almost a year, nor renewed their business license.

The real question is what will the bid and share structure look like once the lawsuits are settled, and the results are distributed by the settling parties to the news wires.

I am getting a kick out of watching Kramer's talk to themselves in court. The only thing kewler than a settlemement would be no settlement and a countersuit squeezing da Kramer's... The said they're ready :-)
