Correct...and that was in April. I believe that 10 Million of that 30 Million increase is HSVW's and the other's were probably in the works before Kevin could get to the notes. But, we saw what dilution looked like when we were at the .0026 to .004 area - now that was dilution. I have not been seeing dilution for quite some time.

I thought KJ was paying off the notes with cash who got shares over the last 30 days? It was 518m a month ago. Issue is any dilution is doubled because the Chinese are getting 51% so if CDNL dilutes 30 million shares that means the Chinese also get another 30 million shares to make the final 51% ownership. Now we will have 1.16 billion shares after the Chinese finish buying 51%.
