That is all obvious, what is also obvious is that waiting for a financial report to determine whether dilution is taking place with numbers that are months old at best is a waste of time. The Transfer Agent is the ONLY source for REAL TIME accurate numbers. The fact of the matter is - there is No legitimate reason for a public company to gag its transfer agent.
