Before such a claim, it would be best to review Tauriga Sciences' company generated public announcements! PER TAUG's BOARD OF DIRECTORS, THE COMPANY CANNOT CLOSE A MERGER OR ACQUISTION UNTIL THE COWAN OUTCOME IS KNOWN! The BOD has mandated that the language associated with ALL merger and acquisition agreements MUST STIPULATE "UP TO 500 DAYS TO CLOSE", as a function of the on-going Cowan litigation! "Fully reporting" could happen, but it is essentially a non-factor in terms any sort of "partnership" until the Cowan issue goes away!
