That's right, that's the exact winning strategy our legal team at Blank Rome is using. You'll recall we were suing Phonefactor which was acquired by Microsoft for patent infringement.That got us a multi million dollar settlement. Now we are suing Trustwave which is being acquired by Asia's leading telecommunications group
Singapore Telecom. How big a settlement do you think we'll get out of that wash, rinse repeat cycle? I think it will be even larger than the last due to the prior legal case precedent.
