Was a horrible civics student and am only a general form b graduate of a gov't school so really not qualified to pass judgement on how wrong you are.....lol
That's above my pay grade and have never even heard that before so will defer to Vex on that one unless you're saying that's how you would do it.
Like the sound of the people's constitutional rule just no way we get there from here without going through what Michael was talking about earlier imo.
