The lawsuit threat on 4/20 was also just a PR stunt by a dum.b CEO.

I can buy this cool battery also but I'm gonna call them:

Black One - the Barrack.
Silver One - the Trump.
Gold One - the Hillary.

It's all about the marketing and advertising behind it. It will generate sales still if/when we decide to purchase more inventory and put a campaign behind it. That all takes $$.
Let's hope there is more behind the curtain advising our junior level CEO's both past and present.
