March, 2014, 1: 1,500 Reverse Split
January, 2015, 1: 650 Reverse Split
July, 2015, 1: 1,000 Reverse Split

Currently, there is no need for a Reverse Split as there is plenty of cash on hand (from winning Microsoft lawsuit, etc.)

AND.......CEO Mark Kay has said REPEATEDLY over the past six months.......NO REVERSE SPLIT!

I also think he's a great CEO and a man of his word!
