Why in bold? Maybe because about 100 people wrote an email to the company to come clean on the current plan and about the situation? A bold statement is hard to overlook.

Here is a scenario. When I read the following statement:
"List any stock split, stock dividend, recapitalization, merger, acquisition, spin-off, or reorganization either currently
anticipated or that occurred within the past 12 months:
Effective June 10, 2016, the issuer conducted a 1 for 14 reverse split of its issued and outstanding common stock.
The issuer has no specific plans to engage in any merger transaction."

The above statements talks about other things besides just a merger, such as reorganization and acquisition. They said that they were not doing a merger. They didn't deny anything else.
I realized people were specifically asking about a merger, but they could have made a broader denial.
I still cant get over the point that Mann didn't sell when he had ample ability to do so. I don't see the benefit of going current and reverse splitting for no reason. I am riding some free shares here and will wait it out. Good luck to all.

They did not answered the question instead the answered what they want ihub members to hear. No merge with Klean. IMO: But they may be planning to get involved in an acquisition. That is what I have said in previous of my posts. An that opinion I made based on the last communication from Klean.

From that filing:

"List any stock split, stock dividend, recapitalization, merger, acquisition, spin-off, or reorganization either currently
anticipated or that occurred within the past 12 months:

Effective June 10, 2016, the issuer conducted a 1 for 14 reverse split of its issued and outstanding common stock.
