100+ emails from Senders: - "Is there a merger going on?"

ASUV Response: - "The issuer has no specific plans to engage in any merger transaction."

Lol.

Neither currently pending or in the last 12 months. I mean, what else are we waiting for. Harmonic could've not said anything, like Klean did on Facebook, but they responded by saying "No Merger." It's probably a shock for most, because it all looked like a perfect match.

However Klean goes public, I guarantee it won't be as efficient, or as beneficial, than merging via ASUV.

Oh well.
