OT: Shadow: Not yet, but getting there. Three more years and most likely will retire. Understand the tax freeze is optional by county, but that most larger counties are doing it. That's a plus. added: Spent part of a summer in Kerrville when I was a kid. Don't know where it was, but jumped off a rope into a small river and loaded hay on a wagon. Went downtown and bought a felt cowboy hat at the local general store. Wore my boots.
