Yes they would still trade on whatever exchange they were traded on until they are transferred. So you get to decide to sell for whatever PPS you could get on the exchange you are on or to wait a short time and let the shares be exchanged on another exchange under their symbol.

You would get the price of the buyout if you hold shares usually stocks won't be able to trade if a buyout is announced
