No rule force anyone to buy a stock or sell it.
just so you know, a market marker does just buy a stock lose his money.
it would also take months of NO trades to delist TCEL stock.
If i did not seller my shares in the last to week or offer to buy share . there would have been no shares traded in the last 2 weeks at all.
Because the 33 million on the bid are all buy orders at 0001
i just prove that 2 times now. and only 2 million are mine right now.
the ask at 0002 are 100+ million, are likely all seller orders which no one will buy, not even me, right now !!! because there is no infor out.
