Thank You for the acknowledgement of my efforts. However, I find it interesting that on this moderated board you chose to use the word "sober" to mean "serious" or "rational", whereas on the Yahoo board you chose to use the same word at an attempt to impugn my character.

You continue by stating "you only hurt your own cause by alienating people with these..."

In reality, I have shown proof that I have not "posted ad nauseum" as you previously implied. Therefore, your statement would indicate an attempt at misleading readers in an attempt for you to alienate me.

Finally, the PROOF. As some may have read, I have recently written a post concerning the effects that can currently be witnessed in the GTE stock activity.

In that post I pointed out the effects of an excessive PR campaign and the "sharks" (short sellers) that it attracts. Which I again demonstrated in my post to which Duke has replied.

There are some that may argue that "soft bashers" attempt to mislead others, discredit relevant posters, and confront and engage any poster that provides DD. By enticing posters to respond, you can occupy their time and distract them from further DD.

Although I refrain from responding to bashers, I have responded to this specific post because it (in so many ways) proves my point.

duke I should think you know how hard it is to bring a libel suit. I'm sorry you can not see the conspiracy, or the truly crafty people behind the manipulation. Because your not conviced does not make it false and because I believe it does not make it true. Bringing forward evidence of it however does demonstrate the incredible circumstances that would have to occur for the situation to be otherwise. I have no idea if telcos are involved, although I believe they are, but whether that's true or not there is a group of very effective manipulators making a fortune off the GTE stock. Watch the pattern; the bashers are very heavy just before a heavy short sale. This usually accurs over the weekend. On Monday the Pacific Coast Stock Exchange will start a pattern of low three digit sales, lots of them. Later CINC will begin the three digit sales. Therewill be large sales posted at a offer well below current ask, these disappear befor the bid gets there or are frequently cancelled if the get caught. The plan is to bring the Bid/Ask down as quickly as they can creating a panic. If the get some action an article or, for a while there, a lawsuit follows. These aren't happenstances but orchestrated events. They have a name, BEAR RAID. This isn't my name it is what the street calls them.
