SIML. No. Why all the confusion? Now: 7B. Post: 3B. A/S lowered post split.

Of course obnoxiously high, but assuredly less. Not even close to pro-rata (it would have had to be equal to the post O/S I stated). Never happens. Have to leave space for issuing new shares without the need to seek shareholders "permission" to do so near term after split. Logical and acceptable. However leaving it at 3B is outrageous. IMO, only one reason to do so...which you have expressed many times. Why not leave it at that?

Exactly!!! 3 trillion shares...A DAZZLING NUMBER...to rinse away all old shareholders so they will tuck tail and go away, never to complain again LOL.
