You miss my point. It is a pro rata comparison for pre-split shareholders. Not relevant for new buyers post-split, but for old bagholders their "ownership" as compared to the maximum amount of shares to be issued is pretty much wiped out.
If you had 10M shares pre-split it would be: 10M <> 7.5B A/S (pre-split, old situation) 10M <> 3.000B A/S (pre-split, recalculated) or 10k shares <> 3B A/S (post-split)

Insiders control the votes to do a corporate actions to change the A/S back and forth to anything they want at any time...therefore the A/S is a meaningless number...just a fluff move to fool the ignorant at this time IMO.
