Give me one stock that is a guarantee? LOL I have invested in big board stocks and lost my ass. Not one company or stock is a sure thing. Apple Facebook etc. I know dividend paying stocks have paid double digits for more than 15 years yet the stock price got halved the dividend got lowered but they still continue to pay. And they state dividends can stop at anytime why is that?

Yes I agree. And anyone investing with funds they can't afford to lose would be unwise. But personally my first reason for even looking at this stock was because of the opioid epidemic in the world today. This is the best product available today! Will it "cure" current addicts. HELL NO! Will it prevent future opioid addicts. HELL YES!! I doubt there is a person here who has not been touched by this problem. If this is NOT passed the problem is as POWERFUL and SAD as ever!

You are absolutely correct there is some risk as there is with all companies, but the risk pointed out from the 10K is typical wording. The risks that companies call out is laughable sometimes.
