I can agree with your assessment that it's a little CYA, but my genera point remains: ELTP is NOT a sure thing. Like all investments it carries risk of uncertainty. ANYONE suggesting otherwise is disingenuous. It might skyrocket it might fail. Much of its success lie with third parties, including the FDA and EPIC.
