ON THE CORPORATE DETAILS PAGE, SCROLL DOWN TO "ANNUAL REPORTS"

Just below the annual report header, it says "Next Annual Report Due: 5/4/2016"

So PYCT failed to file their annual report.

They still have significant problems with the OTC (pinksheets), where it still indicated "Unsolicited Quotes Only" and that PYCT is not current.
