Thank you all for recent information.I am neither a lawyer or a citizen of Canada or the USA but here in England , the new board couldn't decide not to prosecute Frank but they could decide not to sue him as it would be a civil matter. However if fraud has been committed,then surely this is a matter for the authorities. Does anyone know if the relevant investigative / enforcement agencies have been alerted to possible maybe even probable fraud by directors of WLGC ?
Keep up the good work ,I remember from earlier posts that Senior Chief was unwell ,I trust you have recovered & wish you well for the future .
