Dividend is announced to catch naked shorts, file lawsuit if they don't cover by June 28 and forced them to cover and also pay penalties by court.

Divy was announced in hopes of selling stock in this scam. That is the bare facts.

Another huge NXGH sell volume day once again, in comparison to the buy volume. Look ===>>>>

Sell volume ~ 78,100

Shares are being dumped daily as NXGH continues on its downward trend into the teens. It has never recovered from when it hit .40 many months ago. Remember that? Most traders that have done proper DD can't be fooled and won't touch NXGH. Btw, here are some facts .... There was no breakout! Instead, the current NXGH PPS has fallen from $.40 to .17 not risen to $5 or $8. Also, simple common sense dictates that NXGH is NOT NASDAQ bound. SMH!
