Ahhh, we all remember that expectation well.

What are you expecting with next group?

That expectation was laughable and had no credibility. This was that expectation for a "few days" after the delinquent 10-Q came out, as referenced in Sticky #2.

if Arik shows this week in 10Q that this is real company then MGT like run will come to NXGH which means $5 or up in a few days

The 10-Q came out on June 30, 2016 and the NXGH PPS has continued on its downward spiral to .06. Due to the falling PPS, many stuck shareholders want out. Buyer beware. Do your own DD. NXGH is bloated with toxic financing and looks to be a failing company ......

The Company has a minimum cash balance available for payment of ongoing operating expense, has experienced losses from operations since inception, and it does not have a source of revenue sufficient to cover its operating costs.
