I think some are betting that a reverse merger happens before a reverse split and they can sell a little higher than .0001.

If you check BCAP's Twitter announcement, Matt is clear that BCAP has debt (amount not disclosed) that will be dealt with prior to the RM. The share structure is locked here so the AS will most likely get increased or a RS will happen.

What pinky company will RM into a multi-billion share shell without shares to issue?
