How is a write off of up to $450M earnings over many future earnings years more than $50M or so? You would hope for a 35% tax saving, and spread out well in the future.

Why do almost all failed bios with these TLCFs not provide any shareholder benefit on such?

Why did DNDN sell its $2B of TLCFs for $15M?
