I agree with your points, as they might apply to NWBO one day. My only issue was whether it was appropriate for the US govt to threaten Columbia on behalf of a Swiss company for a product that was developed with US taxpayer money (unless the US is receiving income from that patent). it seems as if it should be a matter between the Swiss and the Colombians.
