#4052 RE: FM II #4050

Glad we worked that out.

It was obvious that Breitling Oil and Gas had been around for over ten years, rather than the six or eight that you spent months insisting on. Glad we can also agree that Breitling has only been a public company for about two years, rather than the five that you also falsely assumed.

I also claimed that the corporation that is now called Breitling Energy existed for at least 5 years, which is absolutely true and documented by the SEC and presumably by the Secretary of State of Utah.

That’s not really what you claimed, but I think we can agree to overlook it.

And, lets just agree that comments like “the company failed to find oil as BERX as well,” are nonsense since Breitling Energy didn’t trade as BERX and the failures of the previous company aren’t really relevant beyond the assets and liabilities that were carried over after the reverse merger.

Breitling and Faulkner were not involved in any of the corporate actions of the previous companies.

Not sure why it took so long, but its all good.

Also not sure why you continue to make presumptions though. Why do you presume the Utah SOS would show any information for Breitling?

We have already established that Breitling was originally incorporated in Oklahoma. I don’t see why the state of Utah would have any information about Breitling. Maybe you could look some of this stuff up before making assumptions.

BTW, while you claim Breitling didn’t have any innovations and no evidence of Faulkner having programming experience, I am just citing the public information available.

“Faulkner founded Breitling in 2004 after designing an advanced exploration software program to identify resource plays…”

I am not trying to present evidence of the claim, I am just posting my research that seems to contradict yours.

LOL, GLTU, IMO and FWIW.
