That's crazy. Mr. Adelstein has never tried to have the State case, which he filed against IFUS, dismissed. there are two state cases. The original which Addelstein filed against IFUS/MW etc and the recent one that MW filed against Adelstein/Absorbezz. The latter is no where near being heard. The smart money says it never will be heard.
It (the latter case) was only filed for 2 reasons. 1) As a reason to ask for more donations via "shareholder loans." 2) As a last ditch effort to affect a settlement.
There is NO chance that there will be a settlement. Maybe MW will gin up some more donations. I'm pretty sure he owes 10s of thousands to his attorneys just for what they have done so far. Once the trials start, MW will probably need another $50K - $100K.
On top of that, IFUS/MW will have to worry about legal actions from Arabie and Ford.
