FINALLY--We now know we will be in court in Dec 2016.
The noose will tighten each day going forward around the

There stalling days are over. We will now find out

I guess WaWa forgot to tell people that we finally have a trial date set ONLY because Adelstein/Energy Supreme LLC requested it. Check the record!!

AFTER years of DELAYS and DECEIT by MW and cabal - the PLAINTIFF received a trial date in DECEMBER from the state judge.

Simple logic tells us that IF the PLAINTIFF had ANY concerns WHATSOEVER - they would NOT have filed a motion for the TRIAL to commence. (Contrary to what WaWA is trying to get everyone to believe)

FINALLY, it appears - that the State Judge that granted the plaintiffs motion for a trial date - is now fully aware that MW is a "con" - especially AFTER the State Judge was presented the ORDER from the Federal judge stating that MW defrauded the plaintiff with intent.

I've said for many, many months that MW will end up fleeing, rather than being jailed. Above is the reason i now say it will be soon.
