Thank-you, I don't like to post much but this offering got me spooked. I want to keep my shares and not dump them tomorrow. I believe NVCN has a future now that the 70 million litigation I believe is behind them. But now vultures are circling for a bite of the pie.

Thank you for clearing this up after comparing what you've posted to the chart everything does make sense but I still expect to see a small drop take place this morning for many of those who will panic after reading that PR.
