But they seem to be fine at getting a lot of financing directly from these institutions as seen in past filings

For the three months ended March 31, 2015, net cash provided by financing activities was $88,143,429, compared to $24,658,642 for the same period in 2014. On February 3, 2015, the Company closed an underwritten public offering of 12,075,000 common shares of the Company (of which 10,415,000 common shares were issued from treasury and 1,660,000 common shares were sold by certain directors, officers and employees of the Company) at a price per share of US$7.19 for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately US$74,883,850 for the Company and US$11,935,400 for the selling security holders. The share issue costs incurred by the Company were $6,236,783.

I see 2014 was the start of money coming in $25 mil then more than triples for 2015 up to $88mil financing and now 2016 looks like they are going to get a lot more financing if the rate continues like this $200mil they could be on track to receive

All I can say is from seeing these rising amounts of financing that these institutions investing in NVCN see a lot more worth to this company to invest these amounts in it .

Will they come directly into the market and push the price up? I don't know , but volume over the past 2 years has been light on the market so basically the financing has all been direct from institutions for cash to the company

on those notes, the $70mil if even not reduced through appeals or even thrown out , shouldn't be a problem as the financing institutions seems to be more than able to foot the bill , NVCN has about $50mil in cash so they would just need $20mil to clear that up for example

And also again they did receive $88mil during the time this was 1 yr in the courts already last year ,so no shocker they were still getting a lot of financing in light of what has been going on

What makes you believe the 70m litigation is behind them? No announcement from NVCN??
