Actually it is just an amended filing that was already out from 5/12 , the F-10 to now F-10/A , no history of dilution here and since they do have about $50mil cash , my take is they just use this if any of the current institutions want to buy more directly from the company , as they already hold about 30mil shares....

These "VULTURES" are worthless, advertising for unhappy investors? Investors will be happy very soon.. And NVCN wins the court case, these vultures will move on to another stock! Considering that on a daily basis, new vultures have showed up daily, what is now 12, PR's by vultures??
