I could be wrong but I believe that nvcn is diluting their stock for an infusion of cash to fight these vultures. Now it says the 200,000,000 shares can be spread throughout common shares, preferred and the like, but either way IMO, it is simple dilution, please correct me if I am wrong, I hope I am wrong, because if right it will get diluted now for months to come with reverse splits down the road to come back ,IF they survive. Hope I am reading this way wrong.
