I have a few questions.

So based upon this quote below taken directly from SEC fillings we paid $588,000 for the name Greenpay, but none of its assets?? Does that sound like a good deal to anyone? It would have been cheaper to start a company from scratch. I doubt anyone here thinks at this point paying $588,000 for Greenpay has been profitable for Myec.

On February 24, 2014, MyECheck was selected by GreenPay, LLC to provide a comprehensive processing solution. MyECheck sold a continuous non-exclusive license and a mobile license to GreenPay for $1,000,000 and will share in a percentage of transaction fee revenue. On June 13, 2014, the Company announced that it would acquire GreenPay, LLC. The merger was completed on August 20, 2014. The net purchase price for the licenses sold to Sierra Global was determined to be $412,000 after the acquisition of GreenPay, LLC. The license issued to GreenPay, LLC on February 24, 2014 will remain with Sierra Global per the terms and conditions of the merger.

Also, how do you explain the Deed for property in Nevada that lists Ed's name alongside Greenpay which was transferred after MYEC bought Greenpay?

Why do the taxing authorities still recognize Greenpay as the owner of other properties...and why did Greenpay (under Sierra Global ownership) list Ed's home address as its contact...and why is the owner of that address MyCheck?

Yes, there are many questions unanswered.

When recreational MJ gets approved this November, $588,000 will be a drop in the bucket for the name and biz plan. Ed will declare a divided for Greenpay in October and EVERYBODY will be buying MEC International to get the spin off. That is only 5 months away! The ultimate catalyst after Africa!
