It's a load of BS. Look at the part of the lawsuit that details exactly how Greenpay LLC was started. Keep the BS coming.

easy

Prior to the acquisition of GreenPay, LLC from Sierra Global, LLC, neither MyECheck nor Edward Starrs had any ownership interest in GreenPay, LLC.
However, Mr. Starrs was authorized by Sierra Global to act on its behalf on matters relating to GreenPay, LLC, including bank account authorizations due to the
fact that Sierra Global, LLC is a foreign Limited Liability Company located in St. Kitts and Nevis.

MYEC bought GreenPay, not the shareholders! Shareholders buy and sell stock, that's all. What companies pay for aquisitions is up to management. If you don't agree with their decisions, you have the option of not buying their stock. Once again, Sierra Global is a private company. Ed is not required to disclose his interest in a separate entity from MYEC. If you don't like his lack of transparency, then you retain the option to not buy MYEC stock! ;&)
