this is not a question of the auditor being lazy or incompetant. it's a case of the numbers not adding up.

I think Levy didn't want to be specific again, it was a mistake in the last update to give a time-frame, should have said audit is still in progress, we don't have a time frame for completion etc...

While props for the last 10q which came as foretold it appears the audit and now working on the latest 10q was not as close as they thought.

Which I suspect no they want to release the next 10q which get's them current and the final audit 8k/a at the same time or at least as close together as possible.

last time a time line was given, it created more problems scared some longs when it was not met...
