I would think Jamn going under would be an embarrassment to Rohan and the family and he would do whatever he could to prevent it from failing. Or maybe no one would even notice. It's not like the name of the company is Marley Coffee. Probably the same reason the family didn't want cafes in the US. Less embarrassing if it fails.
