Obviously, the court doesn't consider those two "3 inch thick folders" as evidence. If the court had considered it evidence, all those counterclaims, which MW and cabal guaranteed would bring them $3 1/2 $MILLION, would not have been thrown out.
Yet, here we are with all the counterclaims thrown out of court and all hopes of that 3.5 MM gone, because not one paper in those supposed two 3 inch thick folders was considered as evidence.
Even MW admitted exactly that in his depositions. In which he stated, when asked directly, that he had no direct evidence of tortious interference, but the fact that he had sales at one time, and then later didn't have sales was the evidence. Huh??? say what?
Memo to MW. This is not Fairy Tale land. Dorothy and Toto went back to Kansas and The Mad Hatter scampered away.
