Dear Mr.XXX: A group of investors in MMRGlobal, Inc. (MMRF) have retained my services to pursue the possibility of class action litigation on their behalf against you and others who have made and continue to make false written and verbal assertions about MMRF, its employees, officers and/or directors.
It is their position that your tortious and libelous actions along with other persons with whom you associate through'chat' rooms on the intemet have caused damage by artificially driving down the price of their shares of stock in MMRF.
