Dear Mr.XXX:
A group of investors in MMRGlobal, Inc. (MMRF) have retained my services to pursue
the possibility of class action litigation on their behalf against you and others who have made and
continue to make false written and verbal assertions about MMRF, its employees, officers and/or
directors.

It is their position that your tortious and libelous actions along with other persons with
whom you associate through'chat' rooms on the intemet have caused damage by artificially
driving down the price of their shares of stock in MMRF.

The purpose of this correspondence is not only to request but to demand that you cease
and desist making any further comments, allegations or defamatory statements which are
published through the intenet, chat rooms or other means regarding MMRF. It is also requested
that no further false personal or vindictive attacks be made against the officers, employees,
directors, investors or representatives of MMRGlobal, Inc.

Your failure to honor this request will result in a lawsuit immediately being filed against
