If he is buying Hundreds of Millionas of shares something good might be hapening. perhaps he is trying to buy the company and relaunch it.

That's ca. 600,000 a day.

Since 12/31/2015 through yesterday there had been 26,772,496 - that is 125 trading days - that is a average of 214,179 shares per day.

The dollar volume per day is $21.42 per day.

Damn, I just checked the volume from June 29, 2015 to June 29, 2016 and it was 71,569,431.

It isn't close to the number you posted of 150,000,000 shares.

And as you can see from my calculations the volume is getting smaller each month.
